The APacCHRIE & EuroCHIE Joint Conference represents a well-established network of researchers and academics for the promoting of hospitality and tourism industry. The conference will be held in Hong Kong from 22-25 May 2019, and we expect 600-700 conference attendees joining the event. The upcoming conference will collaborate with the School of Design, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (http://www.sd.polyu.edu.hk/en/) and will include design-related topics within tourism and hospitality industry including service design, experience-based co-design, gamification, smart tourism innovation, social innovation, and sense-making of a tourism destination. The design track is welcome articles that communicate design processes, outcomes, and impacts contribute to the tourism and hospitality industry. More information can be found at the
